Being in business for over 50 years it has never stopped to, meet the changing needs of the ever-growing bicycle industries. Today a state-of-the-art production facility allows BIG-BEN to produce an unprecedented range of fully customised various kinds of bicycle saddles & pedals.

Presently, 30,000 units of Saddles and 25,000 pairs of Pedals are being produced each day. Besides Bicycle Grips, Reflectors Lights have been added in our product range. More over looking at the hike in demand of Big-Ben products the production is further being increased.

R & D centre is equipped with latest tool room machinery which includes 4 modern VMC machines from USA, Germany, Italy & high end software from UK & USA to develop high quality products.

Production facilities equipped with latest and most versatile Vacuum forming plant from Italy, two modern PU production lines, more than 60 plastic injection moulding machines, wire forming machines, press shop, paint shop, ED line etc. to produce and maintain high quality standards.

BIG-BEN's production plants are one of the leading saddle manufacturers in the world having complete in house facilities to produce Saddles & Pedals right from designing to final products.

BIG-BEN products have captured most of the domestic market and are being used as original equipment by all leading Bicycle Manufacturers in the country, beside being export to over 30 countries including USA & Europe.

BIG-BEN for it's outstanding export performance has recognized as an "Export House"by the Government of India since 1997.
